Kiwanis Kiddieland Park Rental Agreement

This agreement is made between Duncan Kiwanis (the “Business”) and the party booking a Kiddieland private party (the “Client”).

Terms

Rent

By entering into this agreement, the Client agrees to pay for the use of amusement rides at Kiddieland Park at a rate of $37.50 per ride per half hour, with a minimum of three (3) rides scheduled.
Full payment must be made prior to the scheduled party time. Payments will not be accepted at the park during the event.

Payment Method

The Client agrees to pay the total amount invoiced in full.
Until payment is received, the party will not be scheduled.
All payments must be made no later than two (2) weeks before the scheduled party date.

Cancellation Policy

• The Client may cancel this lease up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
  
  
• Cancellations must be sent via email to:
  privateparties@duncankiwanis.org
  
  
• In case of cancellation by Duncan Kiwanis due to inclement weather, the Client may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule the event.
  
  
• If the Client does not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, Duncan Kiwanis may cancel the lease and payment will be forfeited.
  
  
• Start and end times will not be extended for late arrivals.
  
  

Late Usage / Hold Over Policy

If the party remains in the park beyond the agreed end time, the Client will be invoiced for an additional half-hour.
Repeated violations may result in the denial of future bookings.

Payment by Purchase Order

If representing a school or non-profit, the Client agrees to submit a valid purchase order number prior to the event start.

Safety Agreement

All guests must adhere to the following safety rules:
No weapons (except law enforcement)
No smoking or vaping
No alcohol
No harmful behavior or inappropriate language
No pets (service animals only)

Violations may result in removal from the park and permanent bans.
All guests must follow instructions from park staff at all times.

Acknowledgement

By booking a party and confirming this agreement, the Client affirms they have read and accepted all terms outlined above.
This agreement is enforceable digitally and does not require a traditional signature when acknowledged electronically.
